One highlight of my journey was exploring the missions featuring Poppy Sweeting, whose level design is nothing short of breathtaking. These quests showcase some of the most impressive visuals and artistic attention to detail in the entire game. As a Ravenclaw, I was particularly disappointed by the lack of intellectual challenges within my own house's common room – no riddles or puzzles to solve, leaving me feeling underutilized.

On a more personal level, I thoroughly enjoyed flying on broomsticks and caring for the fantastical beasts that inhabit this world. However, the absence of any meaningful consequences for my actions was puzzling. For instance, I could walk through the castle, killing anyone in my path, without affecting the world's reaction or prompting any sort of investigation.

Despite its flaws, Hogwarts Legacy has some redeeming qualities. The game's visuals and design are undoubtedly impressive, making it easy to become lost in the immersive environment. Unfortunately, the character development, plot, scriptwriting, dialogue, and voice acting all fall short, often feeling mediocre at best. It's clear that the majority of resources were focused on creating a believable world rather than crafting a compelling narrative or memorable characters.
